"Knowing not what tomorrow holds, but Knowing who holds the promise of tomorrow"

“I looked forward to coming to class every day. It was just a joy to come to class, that’s why I said it’s so good to work at something you have a passion for.”

“I would say the most rewarding aspects of my job has been two-fold, but I’m going to start with the one that is really very special to me, and that is to meet students who are doing well. To meet students who say that I remember how you encouraged me, and I remember the class that I had with you and how you made me feel more confident about who I was and what I could do, and that kind of thing. It says that I’ve been allowed to touch the lives of some people, to help them find their direction a little better. So, that has been very rewarding to me.”

Having a joy, a passion, an open mind, mind for continuous learning and intellectual growth.”

“To try to lead a purposeful life, ah now that I have a more freedom to do some of the things that can benefit others. I guess I’m happiest when I can do something for someone else. I think that’s really the key. It is for me anyhow. To be able to do something where I feel that I can help somebody else in some way, or to engage in something that is meaningful to me and share it with someone else.”
