Miniature Books

A miniature book is defined as a book that is measured from .5 inches square to 2 to 3 inches square.  It cannot be bigger than 3 inches in height, width and depth.  Below are just a small sampling of miniature books owned by Archives & Special Collections.

Lime Rock Press of Salisbury, Connecticut was a family-run book publishing firm that is no longer publishing new titles.  Below is one other their books that features quotes from around the world about wine and includes a corkscrew.

Archives & Special Collections has numerous miniature books created by Peter and Donna Thomas, fine press and artist book creators from Santa Cruz, California.  Here are three examples of their work in the 1990s.
